Historic 1925 house located directly on a tributary to the intracoastal waterway where there is always a nice breeze. Walking distance to many fine shops, restaurants & bars in downtown Melbourne and 1.5 miles from the beach.

Amenities include a large heated pool, 6 person hot tub on the river's edge, complimentary snacks, soda, water, beer & wine 24 hours a day.

All rooms have private bath, central a/c, LCD TV, queen or king beds, hair dryer, iron and ironing board.

Our Rates: Our daily rates are between $129.00 and $199.00, and are based on double occupancy. There is an additional person charge of $25 per person. Breakfast is included in room rate.
