Beach Bed & Breakfast would make the most discerning mermaid consider living ashore. The inn encompasses everything one hopes to find at a B&B and more. The St. Simon Suites overlook the ocean, and each is large enough to make one feel as though they are on their own private island. The common areas, exquisitely decorated, also have a spectacular view. The amenities at Beach Bed & Breakfast are incomparable. They range from a private "theater" to an "endless pool"--with everything imaginable in between. Southern hospitality abounds, at this inn, and professionalism reigns in everything they do."

Our daily rates are between $320 and $550, and are based on Double Occupancy. There is an additional person charge of $50 per person.
Our weekly rates are between $2100 and $3500
Breakfast is included in room rate.

Our Beds:

We offer king and queen sized beds. Bed styles include 4-poster and canopy beds.

Policies:

Payment types accepted: All Forms.
Deposit: We require 50% at time of reservation.
Check In: 3:00 PM - 4:00 PM
Check Out: 11:00 AM

Cancellation: our policy is to charge 50% of the total amount due as deposit when the reservation is made and the full amount of the balance will be charged 7 days prior to arrival. If you change or cancel a reservation 15 days or more prior to your arrival date, we will refund your deposit(s), less a $50 processing fee. If less than 15 days notice of change or cancellation is given, the full amount of the stay is charged, one night's rate is retained as a cancellation fee, and a credit is issued for the balance towards a future stay for which a reservation is required and which is subject to availability. The credit is valid for 13 months..
