We're at 1200 feet elevation with an average daily temperature of 76 degrees Fahrenheit. No air conditioning nor heating is required, ie; it's quiet!
Separate and self-contained small individual houses scattered on the three acres; each complete with kitchen, bath, living room, bedroom area, Sat TV and free wireless connection although it's up at our house.
Hawaiian & Jungle Cottage guests can sit on our lanai at your convenience and get online. Hawaiian Cottage guests can get the wireless signal from the privacy of their gazebo!
Each Cottage is private and secluded. The ambience is serene and peaceful and the grounds are stunning; mature tropical landscaping with glorious ocean, sunset and garden views everywhere.

We do have a seven (7) night minimum stay per Cottage and cannot take shorter stays. Many guests are happy to pay for 7 nights and stay for only 6 nights if it suits their needs, Smoking outdoors only is okay.

Each Cottage has a fully-equipped kitchen, bedroom area, living room area, dining area, private bath, queen bed, (the Hawaiian and Jungle Cottages), Cal King bed in the Banana Bungalow. We use 500 thread count 100% soft cotton sheets and luxury towels. We have Satellite TV, VHS video, CD & DVD players, and a full range of Satelite music. Private telephone with answering machine also in each Cottage/Bungalow
All Cottages have either a private lanai (attached balcony) or a private patio & gazebo, each with eating area with table, chairs and umbrella, gas barbeque, beach towels, boogie boards, beach umbrellas, cold coolers, snorkel equipment and fins.
At check in we provide fresh-cut tropical flower arrangements and a tropical fruit bowl, and our own "just roasted" 100% Estate Kona coffee.
