Cancellation: Credit Card reservations are processed at the time of reservation and do guarantee payment in full for the exact number of nights you have reserved. We must receive notice from guests of any cancellation or change in number of rooms or nights reserved no later than 4 p.m., thirty calendar days prior to guest's arrival in order to receive a refund. Cancellations and changes are subject to a $ 30.00 fee. If notice is not received 30 calendar days prior to date of arrival, guest forfeits 100% of the deposit. If we are unable to resell you room(s) for the exact nights you reserved, your credit card will be charged for the full amount of your stay. . |
