The forty nine guest rooms of this elegant nineteenth-century mansion and its attached 1930's Riverhouse are individually decorated with period antiques and four-poster beds. Wharfside rooms and suites, located across the street from our main building in Dock Square, feature views of the Kennebunk River and quaint, lively harbor. The Wharfside rooms at the KPI offer the only location in Kennebunkport's Dock Square with water views. All rooms have private baths, color television, telephones and AC.
