The Chalfonte Hotel is the oldest Victorian hotel in Cape
May, in continual operation since 1876. The Chalfonte
welcomes generations of returning family and friends;
nature-lovers and cycling enthusiasts; who return year
after year for an atmosphere of simplicity: quiet
verandas, exceptional Southern-style cooking in the
Magnolia Room, Children's Dining Room, friendly lounge
and evening entertainment. The Hotel operates
seasonally from Memorial Day to Columbus Day, and is
located three short blocks from the beach and shopping
area. |
