We are less than one mile from Appalachian State University and downtown Boone. Just off the Blue Ridge Parkway in Boone, North Carolina, the historic Lovill House Inn is an in-town rural Inn.

Built in 1875 by Captain E.F. Lovill, a Civil War hero and State senator, the Lovill House Inn is rich in family and community history. Careful restoration has preserved the charm of this historic farm house. Each of six large and airy guest rooms has been totally updated with: private baths, cable televisions, telephones and high speed internet access.
