The Fuquay Mineral Spring Inn and Garden is located in the Heart of the Fuquay Springs Historic District across from the Historic Fuquay Mineral Spring Park. (located on the corner of Main Street (US 401 South) and East Spring Street) The Inn was the Home of Dr. Wiley Cozart and his wife Pauline; both were very community minded people, and their home was used for many community functions during the 1920's through the 1970's. Dr. Cozart was the Mayor of the town for 10 years, and Pauline was the one of the community's finest gardeners. The Colonial Revival Inn is perched on a hill overlooking the Mineral Spring with a period Gazebo in the garden offering great views for enjoyment.
