Deposit: We require a deposit equal to 50% of the quoted rate on stays of two or more nights, and 100% on one night stays. You may send a check, or use a credit card to secure your room.

Check Out: 11:00 AM
Cancellation: We will be happy to return your deposit, less a $25.00 cancellation fee, if you provide more than 14 days notice of your cancellation. Within 2 weeks, and up to 48 hours before your arrival date, we will refund your deposit, less a $25.00 service charge, if we can fill the room that we have reserved for you. If you cancel within 48 hours of your arrival date, you will lose your deposit and be charged for the entire stay. Early departures are treated as a cancellation. Longer notice is required when you, or your party, reserve more than one room. |
