At Greenock House Inn, you will stay in a restful, relaxing setting and enjoy gourmet meals and genteel company. Greenock is a beautiful Victorian home dating from the 1880’s. The house sits on five gorgeous acres, which secludes it from the town. We love to share our passion for food with our guests. You can sit on the wraparound porch to enjoy the country breeze along with your evening hors d’oeuvres. Experience a candlelit Prix Fixe dinner in our formal dining room. In the morning, indulge in a gourmet breakfast including one of our Pastry Chef’s sinful desserts. When not enjoying our gourmet cuisine, invite someone to join you in a game of cards or a board game in the parlor or library. Confound yourself with one of the jigsaw puzzles always found on the antique Black Oak sideboard. For the musically inclined, tickle the ivories of our antique upright grand piano. Explore the grounds surrounding Greenock House, a beautiful Victorian home dating from the mid 1800’s. The house sits on five gorgeous acres, which secludes it from the town. Specimen trees planted near the end of the 1800’s regally overlook the house. The far end of the property is bordered by the train tracks. Occasionally, you will hear the train whistle as it warns you the train is coming through. While in Orange, visit Montpelier and the James Madison museum, or try the many local wineries. Or, for the very adventurous, visit Skydive Orange. Greenock House Inn offers five different rooms and suites designed to provide comfort and enjoyment for our guests.
