19th C. Waterfront B&B located intown beautiful Boothbay Harbor, convenient to shops, restaurants, and boating activies.

Fully restored offering luxury size rooms all with waterviews and outside covered porches facing the harbor. Each room has a king or queen bed and large modern baths, some have fireplaces or jacuzzi.

Period antiques are an important part of the decor in the guest rooms and the guest lobbies.

A panoramic suite is available with two seperate bedrooms, each with TV, and includes one king and one double bed.

The sloping waterfront lawn leads to a new dock and float for water access.

Parking on premis allows you to leave your vehicle and leisurly stroll to many fine restaurants and all harbor activities.
