""The Stream"" is attractively located on four acres of valley woodlands with winding pathways leading to the headwaters of the Nottawasaga River. A great spot for painting, sketching and photography at all times of year. The house blends with the scenery, constructed of pine, cedar, glass and slate. The lower level with its own entrance is devoted to b & b and includes three bedrooms each with queen sized sleigh beds, a shared bathroom, a games room with darts, puzzles and computer, lounge with enormous fireplace, conservatory/sunroom, workshop/storage room for skis, bikes etc. Guests have access to the upstairs laundry, outside screened deck, kitchen and breakfast areas. We are located just 40 minutes from Toronto Airport yet within five minutes of some of Canada's finest hiking, biking, golfing and skiing. Enjoy also a wide selection of fine dining at country restaurants and inns all within five minutes drive. The main feature of the area is the Bruce Hiking Trail which runs 700 km along the Niagara Escarpment from Niagara to Tobermory. Our section is one of the hilliest and most scenic, with many footbridges and superb views across the Hockley Valley, guaranteed to take your breath away.
