Cancellation: All cancellations are subject to a $35/room cancellation fee. Cancellations made within the 14-day period prior to arrival date will be charged a fee equal to one night's lodging or 50% of the reserved stay, whichever is greater, unless the room(s) can be rebooked. Additional restrictions apply to group reservations and some holiday periods. Should you find it necessary to depart our inn earlier than planned, you will be charged the full amount of your reserved stay. .
