Payment types accepted: Visa, MC, Discover, Amex, checks.
Deposit: 50% of the total charges will be charged to your charge card on the day of your booking and the balance will be charged to your charge card 15 or if applicable 30 days prior to your arrival. If it is a one night booking 100% of the room charge will be charged to your charge card at the time of the booking. If the booking is made within 15 or, if applicable, 30 days prior to you arrival date, 100% of the room charge will be charged to your charge card at the time of the booking..

Children: Children are welcome.
Cancellation: Cancellations require 15 days notice prior to arrival date. If booking is for more than two rooms or for more than 5 days, cancellations require 30 days notice prior to arrival. If cancellation is made prior to the required time the charged amount will be refunded, less a $25.00 per room cancellation fee. If cancellation is within 15 or, if applicable, 30 days, of arrival date you will be obligated for the room, but we will make every effort to re-rent it. If we are able to re-rent the room you will be credited for the amount the room is re-rented for less a $25 cancellation fee. If a reservation is at a special rate and is designated as run of the house it must be paid in full at time of reservation an is non-cancellable and non-refundable.. |
