10 Fitch is a luxury Bed and Breakfast Inn conveniently located in the Finger Lakes Region just minutes from the beautiful village of Skaneateles and the wineries. Each of the 3 guest suites sport 3 spacious rooms including separate sitting room, bedroom and private bath. The recent renovation of living area and guest rooms have been professionally decorated and adorned with antiques, original artwork, designer fabrics and silk draperies that will have you living in luxury. 5 fireplaces as well as several sitting rooms are just a few of the things that adorn this luxury Inn and make it stand out from the rest. We pride ourselves in providing a truly elegant, romantic setting in which our guests can relax and unwind.

Our Rates:

Our daily rates are between $180 and $320, and are based on double occuopancy. There is an additional person charge of $35 per person. Breakfast is included in room rate.

Our Beds:

We offer king and queen sized beds. Bed styles include 4-poster and canopy beds.

Policies:

Payment types accepted: Visa, Mastercard, AMEX, Discover.
Deposit: 50%.
Check In: 3:00 PM - 5:00 PM
Check Out: 11:00 AM
Cancellation: At the time of booking a deposit is required equal to one night's lodging, or 50% of the total charge for additional nights, add-ons and extras including wine tours & massages. This deposit is refundable less a $25 processing fee per room when given at least 30 days notice of cancellation. If less than 30 but more than 7 days is given, a gift certificate in the amount of the deposit will be issued and may be used toward another visit within 12 months, restrictions may apply. If less than 7 days is given then the deposit will be forfeited with no gift certificate being issued.. If we are unable to re-book the room(s) the guest is responsible and will be charged for the balance due. Sorry, no exceptions will be made..
