| The Cashtown Inn was built in 1797 as a stagecoach stop along the Gettysburg to Chambersburg turnpike. During the Civil War it was used as headquarters for Confederate General A.P. Hill prior to the Battle of Gettysburg. The Inn has recently been featured in the movie, Gettysburg, the videos "Ghosts of Gettysburg" and "Haunted Gettysburg" and the paintings "Serious Work Ahead" and "Distant Thunder."
The Paladinos offer hospitality and dining worthy of a general and his troops. Located in the sleepy village of Cashtown and nestled in the apple orchards of Adams County, the Inn is the perfect get-a-way spot for history lovers, golfers, hikers and anyone looking for pampered attention and great food.
