Nestled along a millpond, in the quaint village of New Hamburg, stands the Waterlot Restaurant and Inn. Built as a stately, private residence in 1847, the Waterlot has been a culinary landmark in the region since 1974. Whenever possible, we use only fresh produce, fruits, nuts, herbs and spices, local vegetables in season, and meats and fish smoked on the premises. We strive to retain many of the aspects of classical French country cuisine while alleviating some of the heavy richness.
