The Heritage Inns is a bed and breakfast cluster group. It consists of three Historic Landmark Houses that sit side by side just a short walk from the historic Denton Courthouse Square. Each house provides a relaxed and gracious atmosphere for your time away from home.

The Redbud House is a Jacobean style house built in 1910.Purchased and refurbished by your hosts,John and Donna Morris, Their labor of love has brought them many memories and a wonderful group of new-found friends. It offers six guest rooms, a wide porch and a garden gazebo for outdoor weddings.

The Magnolia House provides two luxury suites upstairs that are acessed by a private balcony. Downstairs you will find Giuseppe's Italian Restaurant. It have been voted the "Most Romatic Spot in Denton to take a Date".

The Pecan House offers 2 honeymoon suites complete with whirlpool tubs and a handicap accessible suite.

Our Rates:

Our daily rates are between $90 and $160, and are based on per night/double occ. There is an additional person charge of $15 per person. Breakfast is included in room rate.

Our Beds:

We offer king and queen sized beds. Bed styles include 4-poster and canopy beds.

Cancellation: 48hrs cancellation notice is required for deposit refund on weekdays. Weekdays are Sunday through Thursday nights. Weekends, holidays and some holiday eves require a 7 day advance notice of cancellation for deposit refund. You will be billed for the days yooou have reserved if a late cancellation occurs. .
