Rated 5.0: Can't say enough good things about Almara. I've just come from a long stay at Almara B&B and wanted to share my wonderful experience with everyone. It was easy to book and handy to get to from the Airport. The hosts Alan and Maria seemed to have so much time to help us with everything (all four of us were first time visitors to Ireland) they're official Dublin Tour Operators which meant they could give us discounts on all Dublin activities - we opted for the hop on hop off bus tour which is a must. The breakfasts were great and varied and the the rooms were big and spotless. The bus stop for the city centre was at the gate! Bus every couple of minutes in and out of city centre - about a 10 minute bus ride. Almara is on a leafy avenue away from the hussle (and the drunkards) of the city and is surrounded by interesting Pubs,Restaurants and Shops. This was a truely lovely experience and the best advice I could give anyone going to Dublin is to reserve at Almara. The value for money is exceptional.
