Whether your looking for a quick stay on a Business Trip that feels like home with home cooking and country hospitality, Planning a Romantic Getaway complete with Flowers and Chocolate Covered Strawberries, or just passing through the area with friends for a stay in the Log Cabin its PERFECT and you should look no further!!! Its right outside of Florence, KY/Cincinnati, OH where all the Shopping, Dining, and Attractions are including the Turfway Horse Raceway and Antique Shopping plus its only a few minutes from the CVG Airport. Our Visit was last minute and there were Special Discounted Rates in Place along with Romance Packages that the staff flawlessly pulled together that included, Popcorn and a Movie, Dinner Reservations, Bouquet of Flowers, Roses on our Four Poster Canopy Bed, Chocolate Covered Strawberries, Cheese Fruit and Cracker Tray, and Chocolates for our Pillow at night including Complimentary Fresh Baked Chocolate Chip Cookies. Our 3 Room Suite had everything to offer from the IPod Docking Station with a CD Player to the Beautiful Antique Decor, Huge Windows with Privacy Blinds to let the Sun in, and an Amazing Bathroom complete with a Two Person High Tech Massage Jacuzzi and Steamshower. Double doors open to a Marble Bathroom with a Tri Fold Mirror and posh Tolitries including Bubble Bath. Most lighting has dimmer switches and the Tub even has a light to reflect from the bubbles. Everywhere you look there are Books, DVDs, Photo Albums of the Inns Transformation, History, and Friendly Staff on Hand. Enjoy cuddeling up by the InRoom Fireplace with your comfy quilt on the Gorgeous Rug or laying down on the couch while watching TV with oversize pillows. We were very well rested thanks to the comfortable mattress because it had Triple Sheeting with a Down Comforter and various styles of pillows. In the closet there were Boardgames and Plush Robes, along with a fan and a place for your luggage. No expense was spared when revamping this beautiful location and they continue to improve Perfection. Our Breakfast choices were endless-We enjoyed Fresh Coffee on the Back Porch, then came inside for a Bowl of Fresh Fruit and Homemade Granola. Our Main Course consisted of a selection of specialties such as the Creme Brulee French Toast, Bacon and Sausage Cassarole with Juices to drink. It was a quaint setting in the Dining area where all the guests could mingle and the place settings were fantastic. It was a delicious Breakfast and great speaking with the InnKeepers. We were relaxed for our entire stay and never left the Room or the Inn because there was so much to do and see-We stayed in the "Mr and Mrs Graves Suite" that had its own Private Entrance and it was like having our own personal assistant included in the Package Deal. Nancy, Bob and the Staff were First Class and made sure music was playing all around the house that the place was tidy, and that we felt safe. Its like joining a family that you want to visit again and again. Get out of the City and Enjoy the Country by Stopping and Smelling the Outdoors, Company of Pets & New Friends, along with Clean Linen on the Lines and a Breathtaking Landscape with Flowers and Lounge Areas.
