Rated 5.0: This was our first B&B in the US and it was fantastic. Far exceeded our expectations. Clean and comfortable rooms and great cooking, especially the little cakes waiting for us when we returned each evening. Hundreds of books, videos, DVDs to fill those rainy days and evenings. Loved the little tea table with zillions of different types of tea. Loads of space for guests including a hot tub. Great restaurant just across the street. If you want a place to stay in Dennisport, look no further. Thank you Peter and Barbara for making us feel most welcome.

Rated 5.0: Why stay at a b&b?To meet Inn keepers such as Peter & Barbara!My wife and I had never been to Cape Cod and our hosts went out of their way to assure a positive experience.They opened up their home to us and allowed us to actually feel like family.Any questions that we had on where to catch a ferry,what restaurants to eat at, were fielded with ease and we felt they actually did not mind answering all questions.Breakfasts were sumptuous yet plain and they even let me cook for them once for cooking is my hobby.Please do yourself a favor-If you want to use mid-cape as a base for exploration around Cape Cod STAY at Joy House bed & breakfast.

Rated 5.0: It was just like being at home...only better. The food was extraordinary especially the sausage-egg casserole. The Cape is a great place in any season!
