Rated 5.0: My family and I have visited the Cashtown Inn at least 6 times in the past. Jack and Maria are the best innkeepers that we've had the pleasure to stay with. The service is excellent, the food delicious and we love the historical flavor of the Inn. We go there for the peaceful rest and relaxation and the history, but we enjoy a little ghostly encounter now and again. We just LOVE it!!!

Rated 5.0: Great dinner and overnight stay. Dinner absolute best tasting we ever had.Overnight stay great too. Some unusual footsteps in hall late at night no one was there when we looked.Things in room were moved, while we were in the room. Orbs showed on pictures taken, the scent of perfume appeared in the room when no one had any perfume on. Someone walking around inside our room at night when we were in bed and the lights out. Mattress would ripple and push up underneath all by itself. We throughly enjoyed our stay and dinner at this lovely inn. Haunted? We think so.

Rated 5.0: Wish I could rate higher...if you ever have the opportunity to go to the Cashtown Inn GO. The hosts are the best -- warm, friendly, and personable -- the rooms are incredibly comfortable, and the food is great! Is the Inn haunted? Well, I think it IS -- but by a friendly entity. I plan to return to the Cashtown Inn sometime in the summer of 2004. (Stayed in A.P. Hill Room)

Rated 5.0: Most memorable place I've ever stayed! Wonderful Inn, extreamly hospitable hosts, GREAT food and a very comfy bed in room 5. And to think, we didn't even have to pay for the ghostly visitors in the night. We can't wait to return and highly recommend the Cashtown Inn to all !!
