Rated 5.0: We so look forward to coming to the Arbor Inn twice a year, Winter and Summer. This is what gets us through the long cold Winters. Joanne's Incredible Breakfast is something to rave about (which I do often!). We are greeted so warmly every time we visit. And wait till you taste the Peanut butter cookies!!! We would not go to any other INN! See you February 14th guys!

Rated 5.0: Just what the doctor ordered. Peaceful, beautiful and a walkable distance to Rye beach. Inn-keepers are extremely nice and the breakfast is unbelievable. You have to stay for the morning feast! One of my favorite B&Bs in New England.
