Rated 5.0: No doubt that this place is a beautiful and Quaint little B&B. It's so close to the plaza, too. I'd also like to give this place a 5 for bad management. My partner and I stayed at this place during 4th of July weekend. Our reservation was for July5th departing on July 7th. When we were checking out, we noticed that we had been billed for 3 nights. We told them that there is a mistake because our flight leaves on July 7th and that we couldn't stay one more night. They held on to our money and were very unprofessional about the situation. One of the owners said "You expect me to be valiant and just hand you your money back." He also bragged about how they have been in the business for 6 years. From my world travels.....hospitality is about accomodating the satisfaction of your customers. We were really happy to be there. The place is beautiful but left with a bad taste. They could have handled it differently.....how about a Free-one night stay the next time......that way none of us involved left with a bad impression.
