| Rated 4.0: My wife and I (and baby son) spent 2 nights at the ZEN B&B, visiting Tokyo from Australia. The accomodation is certainly authentic, spacious and the Japanese breakfast was equivalent to a 3 course gourmet dinner. While Japan is an expensive country the ZEN B&B offers value for money, and includes a breakfast that would cost at least 1,800 yen per person at most hotels. The ZEN B&B is a 5 minute walk from the Asakusa station (Ginza or Keisei lines), and can be reached from Narita airport from as little as 1,060 yen per person on the Limited Express Keisei line (around 70 minutes travel time in total). Only one group can be accommodated at any one time as only one guest unit / apartment is available. I will certainly choose the ZEN B&B on my next visit to Tokyo. Hajime (the owner) and his family were also extremely courteous and helpful with advice and assistance in finding our way around this busy city. |
