| Laurel Hill Bed and Breakfast Current rating:
(4.8 out of 5.0)

| Rated 5.0: The inn was great! It was the perfect place to relax after a long day during a very long week. It is close enough to downtown but secluded enough for a little bit of privacy. The jacuzzi tub in the room was fantastic! |

| Rated 5.0: Having travelled the world I would rate Laurel Hill as the Number 1 place I have stayed. Laurel Hill is clean, cosy, friendly and within easy walking distance to the train station. Dave is fabulous going out of his way to make my stay a glorious experience. Nazrin Chesworth - Australia |

| Rated 4.5: Daves two houses are near downtown Atlanta and just a short distance from our destination in town. Dave couldn't be nicer and the rooms are comfortable, the breakfast is to order and he is a great cook. OK, Dave, enough flattery, now paint that back porch!

| Rated 5.0: Of the b and b's that I have stayed at, Dave's Laurel Hill has been the best. It is fairly new and the house has been restored and updated for the best comfort. We enjoyed the jacuzzi tub, fresh flowers in the room, full breakfast, and sun room with a porch swing for two. What a great way to visit Atlanta! ~Joe and Shannon, San Diego, CA |

| Rated 5.0: Dave was a fabulous host for us this weekend. Not only was the Laurel Hill Inn both luxurious and meticulous, the atmosphere was the epitome of Southern hospitality. With fresh flowers, homemade baked goods, and scrumptious breakfasts, this was a wonderful weekend getaway. The grounds were beautiful and accomodating, as was the gracious staff who always were willing to give us advice on the area. Thanks for making this such a great experience for the two of us. We both highly recommend Laurel Hill Bed and Breakfast! |

| Rated 5.0: I highly recomend this B & B to anybody that is either trying to get away for a few days or have more guests than they know what to do with. Recently I checked a relative in there and she raved about Dave and the property. I myself am impressed at the constant changes and improvements that I notice in each visit to make their patrons stay more enjoyable. Dave is an incredibly comfortable and easy going innkeeper and it was a pleasure to do business with him. |

| Rated 4.5: Laurel Hill is a charming bed and breakfast. The house is tastefully decorated and well-maintained. Dave is an exceptional host, offered many helpful suggestions, and was very accommodating. He was busily landscaping during my stay. The houses and property reflect his enthusiasm and talent for creating a beautiful environment for guests to relax and enjoy themselves. Traveling alone, I felt comfortable and safe coming and going. I would recommend Laurel Hill to friends and plan to stay there again. |

| Rated 5.0: We had an amazing time at this newly opened B&B. Dave was great with an eye for detail. The rooms were beautiful with no small detail overlooked. It was a great birthday present for my significant other. Quiet, peaceful, and close to area attractions. Dave was a great host and helped us with finding things to do. THe fresh cut flowers around the house just added to the atmosphere very well. We were left for the evening in total privacy having the house to ourselves to relax and unwind with no check out deadline to meet and coffee brewing when we woke up. The breakfast was more then just a usual continental affair that one can unfortunately find at some B&Bs. There was also a bottle of wine waiting for us when we first arrived. Thanks Dave for a wonderful weekend! |

| Rated 4.5: What a pleasant alternative to downtown hotels and restaurants. It's the house I grew up in, but totally redecorated and nicer! Great comfortable bed, brand new kitchen and Bernardo cooked a delicious and beautiful dinner for our group. Hosts were most accomodating. Great business meeting location too. |

| Rated 4.5: Atlanta's newest B& B is sure to become a favorite! A great home away from home! Not overdone with fluff and fru fru, the home is comfortable and warm with color and light. Forget the high rise hotels and high prices- Laurel Hill is a great value in a quiet yet vibrant neighborhood setting.
It is just a quick - no traffic drive (or MARTA ride) to downtown and close to Virginia Highland and neat neighborhood shops and restaurants.
We have stayed 3 times (7nights) -taking over the whole house for a non-hosted family Christmas (as we awaited the birth of our first grandchild on Christmas Eve); a "girls only" long weekend; then joined a business group for overnight and a delightful dinner. Dave and Bernardo are perfect hosts-very accommodating and anxious to please. Bernardo is a wonderful chef adding unique and delicious touches to his menus.
If unhosted - the kitchen
itself makes you feel right at home.
The driveway is an adventure!
We'll be back! |
