To update or make changes to your account, simply log into your account here (Link should open http://www.theinnkeeper.com/bnb/login in a new, regular-size window.)
In the Member Center you will need to click on the "edit information" tab, located at the top center of the page. Here you can update any information automatically. Once you have made the necessary changes scroll to the bottom of the page and click on the submit button. This will bring you back to the Member Center with everything updated.
